VXL Instruments Ltd: 40th AGM on Oct 26, 2026, Post CIRP Conclusion

VXL Instruments Ltd has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 26, 2026. This follows the conclusion of its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), which commenced on November 26, 2024, and was approved by the NCLT on September 9, 2026, with NG Organics Private Limited and Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel's resolution plan being sanctioned. The AGM will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means to adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year 2025-26.
