W. S. Industries Forfeits Unexercised Warrants Worth INR 6,97,50,049

W. S. Industries (India) Ltd. has forfeited unexercised warrants worth INR 6,97,50,049. The decision was made during the Allotment Committee meeting held on 4th March 2026. The warrants, issued on a preferential basis, were not exercised within the stipulated period, leading to their forfeiture. The company had earlier issued 27,15,722 Convertible Warrants at an issue price of 3149.50 per warrant. Out of these, 24,34,786 warrants were allotted, and 5,35,120 warrants were converted into equity shares. The remaining 18,99,666 warrants remained outstanding and were exercisable on or before 4th March 2026. However, only 33,444 warrants were converted, and the remaining 18,66,222 warrants were not exercised within the stipulated period and were forfeited. The forfeiture amount stands at INR 6,97,50,049.
