Waa Solar Ltd Sets AGM Date, Book Closure and E-voting Period

Waa Solar Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 08, 2026, approved the draft notice for the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The company also approved the 17th Annual Report, which includes the Board's Report and Financials. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 23 to September 24, 2026, for the AGM. The remote e-voting period is set from September 27 to September 29, 2026.
