The Board of Directors approved the draft AGM notice and the 17th Annual Report, which includes the Board's Report and Financials for FY 2025-26. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 23 to September 24, 2026, for the AGM. Remote e-voting will be open from September 27 to September 29, 2026.
