Chimanlal Doshi Gifts 44.14% Waaree Energies Stake to Family Trust

Chimanlal Tribhuvandas Doshi has disclosed the transfer of 12,69,82,903 equity shares, representing 44.14% of Waaree Energies Ltd's total equity, to the C.T. Doshi Family Trust via a gift. This off-market transaction, executed on July 16, 2026, has been exempted from open offer obligations by SEBI. Following the transfer, Mr. Doshi's shareholding in Waaree Energies has reduced from 45.78% to 1.63%. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 2,87,65,13,350.
