Chimanlal Doshi Gifts Waaree Energies Stake via Family Trust

Chimanlal Tribhuvandas Doshi has disclosed the transfer of 1,99,999 equity shares of Waaree Sustainable Finance Private Limited (WSFPL) to the C.T. Doshi Family Trust via gift. This inter-se transfer represents an indirect transfer of 18.34% stake in Waaree Energies Limited, amounting to 5,27,67,331 equity shares. The transaction has been exempted from open offer obligations by SEBI. Mr. Doshi's direct shareholding in Waaree Energies remains unchanged at 1.63%. The total equity share capital of Waaree Energies before and after the transfer is Rs. 2,87,65,13,350.
