Waaree Energies Incorporates New Subsidiary for Green Hydrogen

Waaree Energies Ltd. announced the incorporation of WH Clean Fuels Private Limited, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, on August 3, 2026. This new entity, established by its wholly-owned subsidiary Waaree Clean Energy Solutions Private Limited, will focus on Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia projects. The subsidiary is incorporated in India and has commenced operations with a turnover of Nil, as it is newly formed. This move aligns with the company's strategic expansion into the renewable energy sector, specifically targeting emerging green fuel technologies.
