Waaree Energies Ltd: Abhishek Pareek Appointed as CFO, Amit Ashok Paithankar Resigns as CEO

Waaree Energies Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Pareek as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from March 21, 2026. Mr. Pareek is currently the Group Head Finance. The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar as Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective from March 20, 2026. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as the new CEO and Whole-Time Director, subject to shareholder's approval. Additionally, Mr. Munna Singh and Mr. Varun Goenka have been appointed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and President – Growth & Strategy, respectively.
