Waaree Energies Ltd: Change in Management - New CEO and CFO Appointed

Waaree Energies Ltd has announced a change in its management. Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar, the Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer, has mutually agreed to resign from his position effective immediately. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as the new Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Sonal Shrivastava has resigned from her position as the Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Abhishek Pareek has been appointed as the new CFO. Additionally, Mr. Munna Singh and Mr. Varun Goenka have been appointed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and President – Growth & Strategy, respectively.
