Waaree Energies Ltd: Changes in Senior Management and Appointment of New CEO

Waaree Energies Ltd announced changes in its senior management at the Board Meeting held on March 20, 2026. The company and Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar mutually agreed on his relief from the position of Whole – Time Director and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod has been appointed as the new Whole -Time Director and Chief Executive Officer, subject to shareholders' approval. Ms. Sonal Shrivastava ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Abhishek Pareek has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel.
