Waaree Energies Ltd: Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar Resigns as Whole-Time Director and CEO, Mr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod Appointed as New CEO

Waaree Energies Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Amit Ashok Paithankar as Whole-Time Director and CEO, effective immediately. The company has appointed Mr. Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as the new Whole-Time Director and CEO, subject to the approval of shareholders. The appointment of Mr. Abhishek Pareek as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel was also approved. Ms. Sonal Shrivastava ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer upon completion of the notice period. The company also appointed two Senior Managerial Personnels, Mr. Munna Singh as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Varun Goenka as President – Growth & Strategy.
