Waaree Energies Ltd Reports 31.48% YoY Growth in Q1 FY26 Revenue, 92.68% YoY Growth in PAT

Waaree Energies Ltd, a leading renewable energy company, has reported strong financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The total revenue for the quarter stood at INR 4,597.18 Cr, marking a 31.48% YoY growth. The EBITDA for Q1 FY26 stood at INR 1,168.67 Cr, up by 82.61% YoY. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was INR 772.89 Cr, reporting a growth of 92.68% YoY. The company achieved its highest ever quarterly module production of 2.3 GW in Q1 FY26 and has a robust order book of ~25 GW, valued at INR 49k Cr. The company is also constructing green hydrogen, inverter, and battery energy storage system facilities and is on track for commissioning additional module manufacturing in Texas (USA) and Chikhli (Gujarat).
