The subsidiary has consequently ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The Australian entity was dormant, and its contribution to turnover, revenue, income, and net worth for the last financial year (2025-26) was NIL. No sale agreement or consideration was involved as the deregistration was an administrative action.
