Waaree Energies Subsidiary to Acquire 100% Stake in Sunbreeze Ninth Cloud

Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% stake in Sunbreeze Ninth Cloud Private Limited. The transaction is expected to be completed by 30th November 2025. This is not a related party transaction and none of the Company’s promoter / promoter group / other group companies have any interest in the above transaction.
