Waaree Energies to Acquire 76% Stake in Racemosa Energy for ~ Rs 53.00 Crores

Waaree Energies Limited has announced the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire a 76% stake in Racemosa Energy (India) Private Limited. The transaction, valued at approximately Rs 53.00 crores, is expected to be completed in FY 2025-26, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedents to closing. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and none of the Company’s promoter/promoter group/other group companies have any interest in the transaction.
