Waaree Energies to Sell 14.66% Stake in Indosolar Limited to Comply with MPS Requirement

Waaree Energies Limited, the promoter of Indosolar Limited, plans to sell 61,00,000 equity shares of Indosolar Limited, representing 14.66% of its issued and paid-up capital, through an offer for sale mechanism on BSE and NSE. The sale is being undertaken to comply with the minimum public shareholding requirement. The offer for sale will take place on September 18, 2025, for non-retail investors, and on September 19, 2025, for retail investors. The allocation will be at or above the floor price on a price priority basis.
