Waaree Renewable: Board Approves FY26 Results, Appoints Internal Auditor

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 16, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an Unmodified Opinion. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s KC Mehta & Co. LLP as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, M/s KKC & Associates LLP was re-appointed as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the 27th AGM to the 32nd AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
