Waaree Renewable Board to meet Oct 19, 2026 for Q2 FY27 Results

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd has informed that a Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2026. The primary agenda of this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the Board will also approve and take on record the un-audited consolidated financial results for the same period. This announcement is made in compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
