Waaree Renewable sells subsidiary for ₹1 Lakh to holding company

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd announced the approval by its Board of Directors to transfer its entire shareholding in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited (formerly Sunsantional Energy Private Limited), to its holding company, Waaree Energies Limited. The transaction, valued at ₹1,00,000 (Rs. 10 per share), is expected to be completed by October 31, 2026. The subsidiary contributed negligibly to the company's turnover, revenue, income, and net worth in FY25-26. This transaction is classified as a related party transaction and is being conducted on an arm's length basis in the ordinary course of business.
