Waaree Renewable Technologies Approves Audited FY26 Results

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 16, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The results were adopted with an Unmodified Opinion from the auditors. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s KC Mehta & Co. LLP as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27. The re-appointment of M/s KKC & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting, was also approved, subject to shareholder consent.
