Waaree Renewable Technologies: EPC Contract Enhanced by ₹22 Cr

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WAAREERTL) has received a revised scope of work for its existing contract to execute Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) works for a Ground Mount Solar Power Project of 150 MWac/ 217.5 MWp. The enhancement increases the order value by approximately ₹22 Crores (Excl. Taxes), while the overall terms and conditions remain unchanged. The project is slated for completion during the financial year 2026-27. This is a domestic order awarded by a leading renewable energy company, and the promoter/promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
