The agreement was signed with a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) company, identified as a domestic entity. The company received the Letter of Award (LOA) on October 31, 2026. This commercial order is for the O&M of the 360MWp solar power project, with execution timelines to be determined by the order's terms. The promoter and promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
