Sanjeev Lunkad Acquires 5.05% Stake in Wagend Infra Venture Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Sanjeev Lunkad, along with persons acting in concert (Sneha Lunkad, Riddhi Lunkad, Rushank SS Lunkad, and Snehjeev Ventures PVT.LTD.), has acquired 2378352 equity shares of Wagend Infra Venture Ltd, representing more than 5% of the total capital of the company. The acquisition took place on 30th March, 2026, and the total equity share capital of the company stands at Rs. 4,71,25,000/- (47,12,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) after the acquisition.
