Wakefit Innovations: HR Head Resigns, New CHRO Appointed

Wakefit Innovations Ltd announced changes in its senior management. Mr. Umanath Nayak, Head – Human Resource, has resigned effective September 30, 2026, to pursue personal goals. Concurrently, Ms. Suman Yadav has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) role, effective October 01, 2026. Ms. Yadav brings over two decades of global HR experience across technology, e-commerce, and defense sectors, including a significant tenure at Amazon. Her appointment is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
