Walchand Peoplefirst Ltd. Revises Key Managerial Personnel for Materiality Determination

Walchand Peoplefirst Ltd. has amended its Policy for Determination of Disclosure of Material Events or Information under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Board of Directors approved the revision, which includes changes to the individuals authorized to determine the materiality of events or information for disclosure purposes. The new KMPs are Ms. Pallavi Jha, Chairperson and Managing Director; Mr. Sanjay Jha, Whole Time Director; and Ms. Shruthi Patni, Chief Financial Officer. They will determine the materiality of information based on the information given by respective departmental heads.
