Walchandnagar Industries settles dispute with Aicitta for ₹2.12 Cr

Walchandnagar Industries Ltd. has announced the full and final settlement of disputes with Aicitta Intelligent Technology Private Limited and its promoters, Arjun Das and Vikram Sarin. The settlement, based on Consent Terms dated March 4, 2026, involved the respondents paying a gross settlement amount of ₹2,12,41,096/- to Walchandnagar Industries. The company has recovered the entire settlement amount, with the last installment received on August 8, 2026. An Arbitral Award dated August 27, 2026, has been passed by the Sole Arbitrator, disposing of the arbitration proceedings in terms of the Consent Terms. This settlement has no financial impact on Walchandnagar Industries as the recovery was made from Aicitta.
