Wallfort Financial Services Ltd has announced that its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted on Friday, September 25, 2026. The meeting will be held virtually through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in adherence to the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. The company has also stated that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM, as per Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013.
