Wardwizard Foods Director Continuation Beyond 75 Approved

Wardwizard Foods and Beverages Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the continuation of Mr. Sanjay Mahadev Gupte as a Non-Executive Director beyond the age of 75. This approval is subject to the shareholders' consent via a Special Resolution at the upcoming 72nd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Gupte, born in December 1952, will reach 75 in December 2027. The Board cited his experience, knowledge, expertise, and contributions as reasons for recommending his continued directorship, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
