Wardwizard Foods Director Continues Beyond 75 Years Post Shareholder Approval

Wardwizard Foods and Beverages Ltd announced that its shareholders have approved the continuation of Mr. Sanjay Mahadev Gupte as a Non-Executive Director beyond the age of 75 years. This approval was granted via a Special Resolution at the 72nd Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Mr. Gupte, born on December 1, 1952, will reach 75 years of age on December 1, 2027. The continuation is in compliance with Regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Gupte has been a Non-Executive Director since May 21, 2022, and has confirmed he has not been debarred from holding a directorship by any authority.
