Wardwizard secures ₹16 Cr ECLGS credit facility from HDFC Bank

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 30, 2026, approved availing a credit facility under the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) 5.0. The company has secured a Working Capital Term Loan (WCTL) of INR 160,000,000 from HDFC Bank Limited. The loan carries an interest rate of 8.95% and was executed on the same date. This facility aims to provide essential working capital support for the company's operations.
