Wardwizard seeks 1-month AGM extension

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 7, 2026, approved the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Vishal Manharbhai Shah as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company will file an application with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) seeking a one-month extension for holding its 44th Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26.
