Warren Tea Reschedules AGM, Adjusts E-Voting Cut-off Date

Warren Tea Ltd has announced a rescheduling of its 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM, originally set for September 16, 2026, will now be held on September 14, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST via video conferencing. Consequently, the cut-off date for determining members eligible for e-voting has been revised to the end of day on September 7, 2026, from the previously announced September 9, 2026. This adjustment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
