Waterways Leisure Tourism Board Meeting on July 22 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Waterways Leisure Tourism Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 22, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. A limited review report for the same period will also be presented. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their relatives has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
