Web Element Solutions Appoints Two Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors

Web Element Solutions Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Shashikant Agrawal and Mr. Lalit Kumar Tapadia as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. Both appointments are for a term of three years, effective from June 30, 2026, to June 29, 2029, subject to shareholder approval. The board also reconstituted its committees following these appointments. Mr. Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in finance across various sectors. Mr. Tapadia is also a Chartered Accountant with expertise in accounts, investment, management, and finance. Both directors meet the independence criteria as per the Companies Act, 2013, and Listing Regulations.
