Websol Board approves FY26 results, recommends ₹0.25 dividend

The Board of Directors of Websol Energy System Ltd, at its meeting on April 27, 2026, approved the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.25 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Sohan Lal Agarwal was re-appointed as Managing Director for a three-year term, and M/s RSM Astute Consulting Private Limited was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The Statutory Auditors provided an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
