Websol Energy Board Approves Financial Results, Business Expansion

Websol Energy System Ltd's Board of Directors met on November 4, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The board also approved expanding into EPC, Solar IPP, including solar parks, and energy trading. To facilitate this, the company will subscribe to 40% of the Equity Share Capital of Bright Earth Cell Private Limited for energy trading and incorporate wholly-owned subsidiaries for other ventures.
