Websol Energy Board Approves Unaudited Results, Director Appointments

Websol Energy System Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 10, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kumar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Dinesh Agarwal as Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr. Rajeewa R Arya will retire at the ensuing AGM due to personal reasons. Additionally, Mr. Ashok Purohit was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
