Websol Energy Board to meet Apr 27 for Q4/FY26 results & dividend

Websol Energy System Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 27, 2026. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any. In compliance with insider trading regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, which closed on April 1, 2026, will remain shut until 48 hours post the declaration of these financial results.
