Kanan Siraj has sold 985,308 shares, representing 6.36% of the total share capital, in Weizmann Limited to Mira Ankit Khambhati (a minor) through her father and natural guardian, Mr. Ankit Vijay Khambhati. The transaction was conducted via an off-market gift. This sale does not alter the total equity share capital of Weizmann Limited, which remains at 15,493,852 equity shares.
