The company has fixed July 16, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholder entitlement to dividends for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 17 to July 23, 2026, inclusive, for dividend payment and the AGM. Shareholders eligible for e-voting must meet the cut-off date of July 16, 2026.
