Welcast Steels Ltd Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Welcast Steels Ltd has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results on August 5, 2026, following a review by the Audit Committee and a limited review by the statutory auditors, who provided an unmodified conclusion. The company continues to prepare its financial statements on a non-going concern basis due to pending labor disputes, making the current quarter's results not comparable with the corresponding quarter of the previous year which was prepared on a going concern basis. Manufacturing activities ceased at the Bengaluru plant from December 15, 2025.
