Welspun Corp: Trading window closed ahead of Q2/H1 FY27 results

Welspun Corp Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective October 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct.
