Welspun Enterprises Ltd to Sell Entire Stake in Non-Operative Subsidiaries to Sherry Exports Private Limited

Welspun Enterprises Ltd has announced the sale of its entire stake in its non-operative wholly owned subsidiary companies, Kim Mandvi Corridor Private Limited and Buildtech Projects & Infra Private Limited, to Sherry Exports Private Limited. The sale is expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2025. The total consideration for the sale is Rs. 3,55,305/- for Kim Mandvi Corridor Private Limited and Rs. 93,415/- for Buildtech Projects & Infra Private Limited. Sherry Exports Private Limited does not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is outside the Scheme of Arrangement.
