Welspun Investments and Commercials Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Welspun Investments and Commercials Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from October 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting where the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, will be considered.
