Welspun Investments and Commercials Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting where the approval of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be considered.
