Welspun Investments and Commercials Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting where the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, would be considered. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders.
