Welspun Specialty Solutions appoints Rahul Gujar as Business Head

Welspun Specialty Solutions Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Rahul Gujar as Business Head, designating him as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP). This appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is effective from October 1, 2026. Mr. Gujar brings 20 years of extensive experience in the stainless-steel industry, having previously served as President and Business Head – SS division at Jindal Saw Ltd. His expertise includes leading end-to-end business operations, marketing, P&L management, strategic planning, and achieving significant business profit turnaround from loss-making to healthy EBITDA and PBT at his prior role. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA.
