Welterman International Ltd Appoints New CFO and Additional Non-Executive Independent Director

Welterman International Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Poonam Khetle as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Ms. Shruti Gupta as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointments were approved at the Board Meeting held on March 31, 2026. Ms. Khetle brings over 7 years of experience in corporate finance, statutory audit, direct tax, and indirect tax compliances. Ms. Gupta has been appointed for her first term of 5 consecutive years, subject to the approval of the shareholders. She is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other statutory or regulatory authority.
