Wendt (India) Appoints Ms. Lakshmi as Head-Human Resources

Wendt (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Lakshmi Tulasi Inturi as the new Head-Human Resources, effective August 3rd, 2026. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Ms. Inturi, aged 43, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources across various industries including manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, and chemical sectors. Her prior roles include positions at Inteva Products, Tata Consumer Products Limited, Tata SmartFoodz Limited, and Solenis. She holds an MBA from Vishwa Vishwani Institute of Management Studies, Hyderabad. The Board of Directors approved her appointment based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
