Wendt (India) Ltd Approves FY26 Results, Recommends ₹10 Final Dividend

Wendt (India) Ltd's Board of Directors met on April 24, 2026, to approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Statutory Auditors, M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on these results. Concurrently, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (100% on a face value of ₹10) for the financial year 2025-26. This recommendation brings the total dividend for FY26 to ₹30 per share, including the interim dividend of ₹20 already paid.
